The SIMI will start at level 1 with a production of 100 Dims/hrs which will be adjusted as you level up to a maximum of 150 lvl; This will have an energy bar which will be consumed when performing the activity established within the game, once the duration of the task is over, it will have a colddown time of 4 hours to recharge 100% again to perform a new activity.

Level 1 = 100 Dims/hrs	Level 75 = 250 Dims/hrs
Level 25 = 150 Dims/hrs	Level 100 = 300 Dims/hrs
Level 50 = 200 Dims/ hrs	Level 125 = 350 Dims/hrs
	Level 150 = 400 Dims/hrs

Taking the basic housing as an example, we can see that it has 2 characteristics; which is 100 exp. And 15 slots for your Nfts, so for every time the established mission is fulfilled, 100 exp will be generated for the Simi.
